This policy explains how Sterling Auburn Concrete handles the information you share when you visit our website or ask us about a concrete job. We're a concrete contractor based in Auburn, ME, and this policy covers everything on our site, starting with the home page.

What we collect when you fill out a form
When you ask for an estimate or send us a question, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and a description of the work, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio. If you choose to send photos, we keep those too because they help us understand the job before we come out.
Our contact form runs on a third-party form service. That service stores your submission so we can read it and reply, and it handles your information under its own privacy terms.
We only get what you choose to give us. You don't have to fill out a form to talk to us, and you can always call instead.
What we collect through analytics and cookies
Like most websites, ours collects some basic information on its own when you visit.
